CNH Parts & Service - Year End Closure - Warehouse Delivery

Dear Supplier,

We hereby send you the calendar of the Holiday closure of our European Parts & Service Depots:

ü For non Ex Works delivery (suppliers paying and organizing the transport): Last day to deliver in our Depots/Packagers in 2025 à 19/12/2025 till 5 pm

ü For Ex Works delivery: you must insert the Pick-up Notification (PUN) by 10/12/2025 before 11 am at latest. as the last available date for collection is December 11, 2025. Any PUN that you will create after 10/12/2025 (11 am) till 31/12/2025 will not be collected by our forwarders and will stay physically in your facility till early January 2026.

ü First day for PUN insertion & delivery in our Depots/Packager 2026:

02/01/2026 for Le Plessis / Velay / Crepy

07/01/2026 for Modena / Chimar / Heidelberg

ü For emergencies only (and approved by our Expediter), there will be the possibility to deliver also in the days after the 19/12/2025.
