EMEA Parts & Service - Suppliers Delivering to Italian Depots - Service Level review
Dear Supplier,
As per our communication published in October 2025 about new Software in our Modena and Chimar warehouses implemented in February 2026, we would like to inform you that the SSL Calculation, due to the temporary shutdown of the above WH’s, will be reviewed after the “data consolidation” that is done normally around the 8th / 9th day of each month so, if you’ll see some “poor” performances related to the weeks 6th and 7th they will be recalculated in the middle of March.
