We’re excited to share that a series of enhancements are coming soon to the Warranty Module on the Supplier Portal—designed to make your experience faster, clearer, and more intuitive.

🎯 What’s Changing? Let’s Start with the Interface:

  • New Claim-by-Claim Dashboard Tab (for CbC agreements): Includes a pie chart for quick status overviews and powerful filtering options.
  • Collapsible Sections: Organize claims by batch date and focus only on what matters most.
  • Quick-Access Shortcuts: Jump straight to summary comments, costs, and claim details—right from the first page.
  • Claim Acceptance Buttons: Streamlined actions to simplify your workflow.

📘 Plus, More Enhancements to Support You:

  • Automatic Access: Warranty agreement access will now be granted automatically using your 5-digit Supplier Code (SML).
  • Integrated Training: A direct link to training materials will be added within the module for easy reference.

These improvements are all about making it easier to track, access, and manage your claims—bringing more visibility, consistency, and speed to your daily tasks.
