Important note for all Portal users regarding Internet Explorer IE11 replacement
Dear Suppliers,
As you probably know, Microsoft will be phasing out Internet Explorer (IE11) after mid-June 2022.
Due to this, please be sure you are using a modern browser such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome to properly visualize and work on our Supplier Portal. Attached you can find a few slides that explain how to enable the usage of Microsoft Edge in “IE compatibility mode”.
Please ensure your computer is running an up-to-date version of Operating System and, if necessary, please run the appropriate update tool.
Our Portal works correctly with both Edge and Chrome.
If you discover an application currently not working with Edge or Chrome, please check with your IT staff that your computer has an up-to-date version of Operating System and then reach out to your business partner or account contact for further support.
