Upcoming Launch of CNH PPAP Module 2.0
Dear Supplier,
CNH is pleased to announce that a new and enhanced version of the PPAP Module (PPAP Module 2.0) will be released by Q2/2026 on the CNH Supplier Portal.
All activities related to the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)—including document submission and Interim Recovery Worksheets (IRW) management—will be carried out through the updated module.
This upcoming release will introduce:
· A more complete and structured workflow, guiding Suppliers through each required step of the approval process.
· A more detailed and organized document upload process, where each PPAP requirement must be supported by uploading the corresponding evidence individually in its dedicated section.
· Integrated Interim Approval (IRW) management, allowing PPAP and IRW activities to be handled within a single centralized tool.
· Automatic generation of the full PPAP and IRW once the approval is completed, fully replacing the manual handling of paper copies.
More details and full instructions will be shared in the official communication in the coming weeks.
