CNH Parts & Service EMEA - ATHENA – CUTOVER plan - February 2026
Dear Supplier,
As per our communication published in October 2025 about new Software in our Modena and Chimar warehouses in February, here below you can find the Plan about PUN insertion (for the Ex-Works/FCA Suppliers) and Delivery Timing for the Non ex-works:
ü For non Ex Works delivery (suppliers paying and organizing the transport): Last day to deliver in our Depot in Modena (no packaging required) and Via Chimar (our Packager)
à 02/02/2026 till 5 pm
ü For Ex Works delivery: you must insert the Pick-up Notification (PUN) by:
ü For the EMEA (Outside Italy) Suppliers
§ 19/01/2026 before 12 at latest as the last available date for collection is January 20th, 2026.
ü For The Italian Suppliers
§ 23/01/2026 before 12 at latest as the last available date for collection is January 26th, 2026.
ü For The Importers (Outside EU) Suppliers
§ 9/01/2026 before 12 at latest.
ü Any PUN that you will create after the above given deadline will not be collected by our forwarders and will stay physically in your facility till February 16th 2026.
ü First day for PUN insertion & delivery in our Depots/Packager:
16/02/2026 for Modena / Chimar
ü For emergencies only (and approved by our Expediter), there will be the possibility to deliver also in the days after the 02/02/2026.
