CNH announces strategic alliance with Bourgault to expand seeding portfolio
Dear Valued Supplier Partner,
We are writing to inform you that CNH has entered into a strategic alliance with Bourgault to expand our seeding product offering through a co-branded Case IH by Bourgault and New Holland by Bourgault portfolio distributed via our dealer network in North America, Australia, and other high-potential seeding markets.
The planned offering is expected to include products spanning precision seeding and air drill systems, high-capacity air carts, digital technology and control systems.
Through this strategic alliance, Bourgault will manufacture the future co-branded seeding portfolio while CNH continues to bring its brands, dealer network, precision technology capabilities and customer support to market. Our Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada production site will remain focused on the manufacturing of planters and headers for combine harvesters.
Throughout this transition, CNH will continue to support its current seeding portfolio while commercial and operational details are finalized. Our Purchasing, Supply Chain and Logistics teams will work with you to provide the information required to support planning and ensure continuity where applicable.
