ECHA Adds 5 Hazardous Substances to REACH SVHC List

Dear Valued Suppliers,

On the 21^st January 2025, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) added 5 hazardous chemicals, listed below, to the REACH Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC).

REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals and is a European Union regulation (1907/2006/EC) that requires suppliers to inform their industrial customers whether the components they supply contain any of the REACH Candidate List substances in concentration > 0.1% weight by weight (w/w). Suppliers must provide their customers with sufficient information to allow safe use of the products, including, as a minimum, the name of the substance.

To continually comply with REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, CNH is requesting you to provide us with the Material Data Sheet (MDS) within the Compliance Data Exchange (CDX) system according to this updated SVHC list.
